Twelve weeks.
One day at a time.
12×7 is the smart weight management and lifestyle app that helps you day by day through a full program, with daily structure, quick logging, wellbeing check-ins and tailored AI coaching in one tool.
12×7 launches on Monday, 4 January 2027! Will you join us and give your New Year’s resolutions the start they deserve?
The idea
One clear program. Eighty-four days.
12×7 is not a crash diet. It is the creation of a new habit over the course of twelve weeks of seven days, ticked off one by one. You never have to think beyond today, yet over those twelve weeks you build habits that last, and become the healthier version of yourself you have been aiming for.
The app
Inside the app
A tile a day
Each day you wrap up is a new finished tile on the grid. Tap a tile to open that day, and after every seventh day you take a short look back before the next week starts. Before you know it, you'll have completed the full twelve weeks.
Log a meal in seconds
Log a meal by typing it, scanning a barcode or snapping a photo. The AI coach works out the calories and macros, and the ring shows exactly where you stand against today's target. Logged a workout? Your budget grows to match, so the picture is always complete.
Every week ends with a review
Every seventh day, the AI coach looks back at your week and writes you a detailed, personalized recap. You reflect on what worked and set your focus for the week ahead, then check in with your weight and measurements.
Track your progress
Daily weigh-ins jump around, so a trend line shows the direction next to your current weight, your goal and what is left. Measurements, sleep, water and your day score have charts of their own.
Recipes that fit your targets
Pick the meal, the portions and your diet, and FoodLab writes a recipe with the macros worked out. It can start from a photo or a link too, and one tap puts a portion in your diary.
Plan your meals and exercise
Plan your week ahead, or let the coach fill the gaps. Invite friends or family to plan together, then log your meals and exercise in a tap as the day goes on. As a bonus, your shopping list builds itself, sorted by category.
Do it together
Add a friend and pick what they can see. Share your planner, diary, progress or favourite recipes. Cheer each other on, keep each other going, and celebrate every finished week together.
A coach that knows you and your goals
Ask the coach anything: food, exercise, sleep, motivation or whatever's on your mind. Every answer is based on your own logs, habits and history, so it's advice for you, not for everyone. Not sure what to order? Snap the menu. Wondering if your plate fits today? Send a photo. Need a workout idea, or the best time to train or eat? The coach is right there for you.
Why 84 days
Long enough for a new habit to stick.
Research suggests a new health habit takes around two months to start feeling automatic, though it varies a lot from person to person.
Planning ahead and keeping track are two of the things that help habits stick, and 12×7 builds both into your day. The board shows your progress at a glance, the diary keeps each day simple, the weekly review shows you what's working, and the coach is there whenever you need a hand. All you have to do is show up today.
Around two months to automatic
Across studies, the typical time was about 59 to 66 days. Some people got there much faster, others took longer. 12×7 lets you go at your own pace.
A missed day is not a reset
Missing a single day made no real difference to how a habit grew. A grey tile is just a grey tile, and tomorrow counts just as much as any other day.
Consistency over perfection
What mattered most was repeating the habit regularly, in the same moment of your day. You don't need a perfect board, just a full one, tile by tile.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
When does 12×7 launch?
12×7 launches on Monday, 4 January 2027. You can already create your account and do your intake before that. From launch day you choose when to start: the app first sets out what your seven free days include, and your free week begins the moment you confirm. Leave your email address on the home page and we will remind you.
What is 12×7?
12×7 is a weight management and lifestyle app built around one program of twelve weeks: 12 weeks of 7 days, 84 days in total. Every day you log your meals, water and exercise, check in on how you feel and close the day, which fills one tile on your board. An AI coach reads your logs and gives you feedback, recipes and a review at the end of every week.
How does the 12-week program work?
You only ever look at today. Each day has the same small routine: log what you eat and do, keep an eye on your calorie and protein targets, and close the day. After every seventh day the coach writes a recap of your week, you set a focus for the next one and you record your weight and measurements. Twelve of those weeks make the program.
Is 12×7 a diet?
No. There is no fixed diet or menu you have to follow. 12×7 gives you a daily calorie and macro target based on your intake, lets you eat what you like within it and helps you build habits that last: consistency over perfection. A missed day is a grey tile, not a reset.
How much does 12×7 cost?
The first week is free, with every feature. After that the full 12-week program costs €23.99 once, including 21% VAT. There is no subscription and nothing renews by itself. After your 84 days you can choose to continue in infinity mode for €5.99 per month, which you can cancel every month.
Do I need to install an app? Which devices does it work on?
12×7 is a web app. It runs in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer, and you can add it to your home screen on iPhone and Android without an app store. Your account and data are the same on every device. You sign in at my.12x7.app.
Which languages does 12×7 speak?
English and Dutch (Belgium). You choose your language, timezone and units in your account, and the coach writes in your language. This website is available in both languages as well.
What does the AI coach do with my data?
The coach runs on Google Gemini, always through our own server and never straight from your device. Your logs are used only to coach you. 12×7 shows no advertising, has no analytics or marketing tracking and never sells data. Your record is stored in the European Union (Belgium). The privacy policy spells out what is sent for each feature.
Who is 12×7 for?
Adults (18 or older) who want to lose weight or eat and move more steadily, and who prefer structure one day at a time over a crash diet. 12×7 gives general guidance and never replaces a doctor or dietitian. If you have a medical condition, take medication, are pregnant or have a history of an eating disorder, talk to a professional first.
Who makes 12×7?
12×7 is made in Belgium by a small independent team. Questions are welcome at info@12x7.app.
